''On June 5, 1951, the Board approved the contract with C.H. Leavell and Co. for the construction of the Administration Building, Branson Library, and O’Loughlin House. On October 13, 1952, the plans for the building were changed when President Branson authorized the elimination of the installation of a generator for hot water.''
